A]  BOOKINGS

1. Once a booking has been agreed it will be provisionally reserved in your name. It will be confirmed upon receipt of £350, the non-returnable deposit. Payment should be sent to Basswood Sporting Agency within 14 days to confirm the booking. 
2. The final payment of remainder must be payed  6 weeks prior to departure.
3. Failure to comply with items 1 & 2 could lead to cancellation of the booking and Basswood Sporting Agency reserves the right to re-let without further notice. 
4. When a booking is made less than 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the sporting trip, the total cost will be due within 14 days of the booking. 
5. Payments should be made by cheque on a UK bank, to Frank V. Ille (BSA Account) 

1. If a booking can be re-sold, refunds less an administration fee will be made. It is often possible to re-sell sport at short notice at a reduced rate, in such cases the shortfall will be deducted from the monies paid and the balance returned 
2. We recommend that clients insure against cancellation since if the sport is not re-sold all payments will be forfeited. 
3. Third party insurance against sporting accidents in Croatia is an essential condition (BASC or CSA)
4. Holiday travel/cancellation/curtailment/medical insurance is strongly recommended.  This is not BSA's responsibility.
5. Basswood SA holds no responsibility for changes that may be implemented by either the British or Croatian Governments effecting shooting.
6. All sportsmen will be required to hold shotgun certificates and/or firearms certificates for the legal possession of sporting weapons, and for their return to the UK.
